Today, women have immense career opportunities yet face significant challenges. Catalyst research on S&P 500 companies shows that despite representing 45% of the total workforce, women occupy less than 25% of Board or C-suite positions.  Their possibilities and their current reality vastly differ.

You can’t afford to lose her!

Imagine this triangle where the bottom level is only 15 – 20% female then what happens at women at higher levels?  This represents many firms today who are striving to gain greater gender balance at all levels of the workforce to better attract, retain, effectively develop and advancing women.

        

Tapping all talent, including women is a global leadership issue.
